Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Cairo Stone Studio. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns & Damaged Goods

As most of our products are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

No Returns After Acceptance: Once you accept the package and the courier leaves, we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to take your time during the inspection to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Please note that marble and all natural stone products inherently vary in color, tone, and veining. These variations are part of the material’s natural beauty and are not considered defects. We do our best to represent each stone accurately, but no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
